I know Wednesdays can be tough, espeically at this time of year with so much to juggle and balance but today I want to invite you take a moment to breathe.

Stop what you are doing and close your eyes ( okay, read this first and then close your eyes)

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and let that breath out with a sigh.

repeat that again three times.

feel your breath deepen with each inhale. Let your shoulders soften with each sigh out.

Now imagine 5 big steps in front of you, the kind that might lead up a mountain.

As you take a deep breath in you are going to take the first step, pausing here to breathe out.

Take the next step, breathing in as you step up, and pausing as breathe out.

Carry on until you reach the top step. Imagine breathing in a magnifiecent view. Take three deep breathes here, sighing the breath out.

When you are ready, take a step down, breathing deeply in and out on each step until you are back where you began.
